LIMINALIA

It appeared to be an original copy of THE CASTLE DIAGRAMA, by the one and only ARTIFICER MYSELF(thats what was written on the cover).

It was a really pretty looking book. The jacket was finished in some sort of leather, with golden borders and letters. The pages shined slightly (and Max couldn’t point if it was due to dust or magic.) You know when you find these super weird, old books in your local library, usually when you’re looking for comics or something? Yeah, it had that same energy.

They sat on the grass, by the shadow of the enormous Gate before them. A soft breeze blew, like a breath of fresh air amidst the cold approaching storm winds. The grass blades shroudded them, and little fireflies brighetend with a dim glow.

Mr. Rabbit appreciated the book with held awe. He was secretly always impressed with Meryl’s artefacts collection and overall coolness, but he prefered to keep this fact a secret. Not only because to keep his chill, stoic and damn-this-guy-looks-pretty-wise image, but also because he knew Meryl would never let him off anymore.

“I still can’t understand how you get your hands on such things.”

To which Meryl the Mole replied joyfully:

“hohoho! i’m a mole of many secrets! wink ;)”

“Did you just say ‘wink’ loudly?”

“Hahaha!”
