LIMINALIA

“Hmmm, I don’t think it is a good idea, Meryl. We’re almost halfway through the path and I was hoping we could save some time before the night falls.”

And with a fearful quiver, he added:

“Besides, I must remember you we’re still not entirely sure if we are NOT being followed by a bunch of wolves, may the Graces forbid it. But can’t let out this weird feeling that there’s something right behind us. Like a helish cold or something of similar tone. I advise strongly for we to proceed. We aren’t really for the visitations, anyway.”

But Meryl insisted:

“ohh, c’mon! even if there WERE wolves, they are currently at the OTHER SIDE of the bridge! there is no way they could cross it! unless they know how to swim on a cursed river, which i carry a very strong supposition they CAN’T.”

Meryl REALLY wanted to see those trinkets. They were a born accumulator, and couldn’t let slide the chance to take MORE useless yet undoubtely cool stuff to keep on their already-full-of-stuff house.
