With an exasperated grumble, Mr. Rabbit finally said:
“Urgh, I suppose we do not hold the acess to another options of choice, do we?”
“no, we don’t!”
“Max, are you alright with it?”
Max looked as scared as ever, considering the unexpected (yet somehow predictable at the same time) turn of events. Once again, he got himself in another blindfolded exploration through pits of darkness, with GodKnowsWhy lurking at the shadows and only the reassuring but (let’s be realistic) useless company of his friends.
Huh, actually, not that much of a newness.
“Well… if that is the only way… Let’s go.”
“great! onward, pals!”
And they went down the stairs, slowly yet continuously descending to the darkness below. Mr. Rabbit gazed at the cloudy sky one last time, eyes filled with preocupation.
This was going to be a long night.
