For the third (or first, depending on whose perspective where observing into), the trio found themself in the Time Bifurcation.

On one side of the path there was an ominous tunnel, leading to neverending darkness and, although only Meryl knew that fact, upcoming tragedy. If they took that path again, would they be able to fix it?

On the other side… a red string had already been tied, going straight to an even more ominous crawlway.

“What the… how’s this even possible?”

Mr. Rabbit couldn’t even begin to process this information. How could a red string - EXACTLY LIKE THEIRS, I MAY ADD - even exist in a place they had NEVER BEEN before??

At the center of the crosspath, up on the wall, Max was (again) the one to notice the sinister words.

“Guys, check this out.”
