LIMINALIA

They entered in what it seemed to be a large room, with two floors. It appeared to be a small study.

In the first floor was a small table and chair, as well as two bookcases and an assortmant of objects scattered around in a somewhat organized manner. Lots of paper, lots of chests, lots of books.

A big red carpet traced a path to the middle end where there was a beautifully decorated door. Written in fancy, antique-looking caligraphy, it read “Library.”

Two statues made of metal stood up, one at each side of the door, looking almost as if guarding it. They were intimidating.

On a close inspection, though, Max noticed… they weren’t statues. They were…

“Armors. Armors clad by no one but the Legendary Knights of Gracia. How extraordinary! This must’ve been one of their many studies.”

Mr. Rabbit walked over a few steps, and with some struggle lit on a big lampion located at one of the corners of the study. The entire place was illuminated, with a yellow, warm light.

It was cozy. Kind of.
